I personally prepare or direct the investigation and trial of each case from initial client interview to trial and appeal if necessary. At every stage of the case decisions concerning the investigation, strategy and probable outcome are discussed with the client.

The outcome of a contested case is rarely certain but a reasonable and probable range of outcomes can and should be projected by the attorney so that the client can make an informed choice.

Critical decisions must be made by client and attorney that understand each other and the case including whether a settlement should be accepted or rejected, whether the case should be tried to a jury or a judge and whether the client should testify.
