Scales of Justice
MY PLEDGE
Pledge. I will investigate and understand the facts and the law that are likely to determine the outcome of the client's legal issue and give informed recommendations concerning the decisions to be made.
Decision
The decision to pursue, or defend your legal rights in a court of law is a serious decision. Before filing any lawsuit, or defending yourself if you have been sued, you want the best investigation, and the best legal advice you can get. You deserve a lawyer you can trust, and who has the experience necessary to handle your case properly. You have a right to be fully informed, and have your questions answered throughout the representation.
My Practice
Trials and appeals concerning Iowa and Federal Criminal charges such as Arson, Murder, Drug, Gambling, Money Laundering and Internet Pornography and Civil lawsuits including Personal Injury, Malpractice, Wrongful Death and Products Liability.
John O. Moeller, Attorney at Law
I have prepared and tried to jury verdict almost 200 criminal defense and plaintiff’s personal injury cases and hundreds more trials and motions have been presented to a judge for decision in the 42 years I have been a lawyer. I have briefed and argued dozens of cases to Iowa and Federal Appellate Courts. These cases have ranged from a landlord tenant small claims case to weeks long products liability and federal conspiracy cases.
