Motorcycle accidents are more likely to cause serious injury or death because of the greater exposure of the driver and any passenger to injury. They tend to be more complicated cases than automobile accidents to investigate. Many jurors feel that anyone driving a motorcycle has assumed the risk of injury, particularly if the injured person is not wearing a helmet. In three decardes of riding I have owned three motorcycles, a Harley-Davidson, a BMW and a British BSA. I have toured on motorcycles in three countries from Acapulco, Mexico to the Florida Keys, Maine, several provinces of Canada and throughout the Rocky Mountains. My experience with motorcycles helps me represent clients injured in motorcycle accidents
